with a Systemic Approach
Systemic Conflict Management
The people involved in a conflict often see it as having to do with a particular person, or arising from a particular incident.
At Trialogis, we take a wider, more holistic view of a conflict. This means: Instead of looking at the situation in a simple frame of right and wrong, we analyse the wider context, paying attention to all the people, structures and processes involved, and their interactions. In this overall picture the parties can often discover paths toward a constructive solution.
We will sit down with you and work out an individual plan of actions that you can take to improve the situation. Team development, coaching, mediation, moderation or special training measures may be useful.
Depending on the type of problem you face, the process may be designed to benefit individual people, teams or whole organizations.

Business mediation
Conflicts often result in exhausting discussions, inefficiency at work, higher costs and wasted time. To begin with, we interpret the conflict differently. We see it as a useful sign that something is not running properly. In mediation, we don’t attempt to eliminate the conflict; instead, we work on trying to help the clients to understand and accept differences. This opens up new ways of looking at things, and helps the people involved discover possible solutions.
Even when conflicts have already generated pending court cases, mediation can still lead to out-of-court settlements.
At the end of the process, you have tangible results that reduce or eliminate the troublesome effects of conflict. You benefit from improved relationships with customers, suppliers or partners.
